New people in town

A heavy load on its way to the firn gas site.

Saturday work continued as usual followed by a last Saturday night for the crew of the last period. Sunday the skier finally made it to camp under sunny conditions both in SFJ and at EGRIP. 15 persons left camp on the skier, 11 stay, and 20 newcomers arrived. Most of Sunday was spend on installing people, getting cargo sorted, and planning work for the coming days. Besides, a site has been selected for the firn gas drilling project, and the Hans Tausen drill has been made ready for the drilling at the site. A new Picarro instrument was installed in the water vapour tent and the first standards ran successfully.
