Busy weekend

The happy cfa team (Cloe, Florian, Will, Sofia and Abby)

With the field season coming to an end all are busy finishing their programs. The last shallow cores are being drilled, the selection of last ice cores for ice crystal studies are being done and this Sunday the team measuring cfa water isotopes measured the final bag 3856. The cfa team has been working really hard to reach this goal – so a great CONGRATULATION to them from all in camp. In the drill trench the cable was spooled of the winch so it can be replaced with a new cable next year. When busy it really wonderful to be treated with fantastic meals. Saturday for lunch our cook Frederik made a outdoor barbeque, Saturday evening Steven, David, Hannah and Alex prepared an outstanding dinner, Sunday morning Frederik made a really good brunch and Sunday evening Pizza’s for all.
