Today the first two Field Operation Managers (FOMs), Jesper and Marie, arrived to Kangerlussuaq. The field office is up and running after the team has opened phone and internet connection.

The taro car, the truck and the two forklifts have been maintained, and with these vehicles in operation, the cargo from Copenhagen, Bremerhaven and Nuuk was picked up from the Blue Water Shipping cargo terminal and being sorted in our warehouse.

Focus for the next coming days will be on getting the operational essentials established before the put-in team arrives on Friday with Air Greenland from Copenhagen. The rest of the vehicles will also be maintained, inspected and registered by the FOM team and ready for use before end of this week.

In Copenhagen we received photo of the EGRIP camp from NASA P3 mission flewing over camp. The photo will be very useful for the upcoming opening of camp and what we should expect.
